SPECIAL BREAD ON TWO DAYS EACH WEEK
On Tuesday we have our Alm-Laib, made from organic wholemeal rye flour.
Bio wholemeal spelt flour, organic spelt flour, black rye and sourdough.
Every Thursday we have wood-fired bread, made from rye flour, wheat bread flour.
Darker flour that contains mainly parts from the outer layers of the endosperm - particularly rich in minerals and vitamins and sourdough.
