During the holiday period, fresh bread deliveries won't be available on December 24th and 26th, 2023, as well as on January 1st and 7th, 2024. Deliveries are scheduled for December 25th & 31st, 2023, and January 6th, 2024.

How does ordering work?

Paper bread bag with your order and apartment number will be delivered to the reception of the apartment house in Hintermoos. 

Order fresh bakery until 19:00

The fresh bread order is sent to the baker

Homemade Bread

Alm-Laib

On Tuesday we have our Alm-Laib, made from organic wholemeal rye flour.

Bio wholemeal spelt flour, organic spelt flour, black rye and sourdough.

Healthy Loaf of Bread

Holzofenbrot

Every Thursday we have wood-fired bread, made from rye flour, wheat bread flour.

Darker flour that contains mainly parts from the outer layers of the endosperm - particularly rich in minerals and vitamins and sourdough.

DELIVERY DIRECTLY TO THE APARTMENT HOUSE

The apartment house is located in a quiet area just a little outside the village Maria Alm, 1030 meters above sea level, with a beautiful view of the Hochkönig. From here you start directly in the ski area Hochkönig with 120 kilometres of slopes in winter and in summer great hiking trails start right outside the door.

DELIVERY ON THE TABLE AT THE FRONT DOOR

If you order before 19:00, your order will always be delivered the next day. Baked goods will be on the table by the front door of the apartment house. Each bag of bread is labelled with the customer's name. Ordered bakery goods are always fresh.
